About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring full-time and part-time Parking Valet Attendants in San Antonio, Texas. Attendants greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly, explain parking rates and vehicle retrieval instructions, and inspect vehicles before taking possession in accordance with company guidelines. The role involves maintaining a professional company uniform and providing friendly, helpful customer service, including resolving guest issues. Attendants spend much of the day outside and active, standing and walking, and may help carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Local management may also assign small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties based on operational needs. Applicants must be at least 18 and have held a valid driver's license for at least two years. The position pays $10.75–$11.00 per hour plus cash tips.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be energetic and outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.
• Answer application questions about holding a valid driver's license for at least two years and ability to drive a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them sincerely upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional service.
• Resolve guest issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
