About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring full-time and part-time Parking Valet Attendants in Little Italy, Cleveland, Ohio, with opportunities to start immediately. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly, explaining parking rates, inspecting vehicles, and providing a friendly, professional customer experience. Attendants spend much of the day outdoors and on their feet, and may assist with items weighing up to 50 pounds. Local management may also assign small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties based on operational needs.

Available shifts include 4 PM–11 PM and 3 PM–11 PM, including weekends and holidays. The position pays $6.00–$17.00 per hour plus cash tips. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for at least two years. The posting asks whether applicants can drive a manual transmission and work weekends.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them sincerely when they leave.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and give guests instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional service.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Remain active outdoors, standing and walking for much of the day, and assist with items weighing up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties assigned according to operational needs.
