Parking Valet Attendant
About The Position
Propark Mobility is hiring full-time and part-time Parking Valet Attendants in Beverly Hills, California. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly, explaining parking rates and self-parking retrieval instructions, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. Attendants maintain a professional company-uniform appearance, help resolve customer issues, and may complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other projects as requested by local management. Other duties may be assigned according to operational needs. The position is active and primarily outdoors, involving standing and walking for much of the day and sometimes running or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Scheduling is flexible, with morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
- Be energetic and outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.
- Communicate well in both written and spoken language, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of valet parking experience.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests cheerfully and thank them sincerely when they leave.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
- Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional service.
- Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or special projects when requested by local management.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
