About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring full-time and part-time Parking Valet Attendants in Queens, New York. The role involves welcoming guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, explaining parking rates and vehicle retrieval procedures, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. Attendants maintain the company uniform standard, help resolve customer issues, and may be assigned small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other projects. The work is active and mostly outdoors, with standing and walking for much of the day and occasionally assisting with items weighing up to 50 pounds. Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs. Available shifts include mornings and evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $18.50–$19.50 per hour, plus cash tips.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be energetic and outgoing, and be able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.
• Be able to drive a manual transmission, as asked in the application questions.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them sincerely when they leave.
• Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional service.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and special projects as requested by local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
