About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring part-time Valet Attendants for immediate opportunities in DC, MD, and VA. Attendants greet guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, explain parking rates and retrieval instructions, and inspect vehicles before taking possession. The role involves maintaining a professional uniform and a friendly, helpful manner while assisting guests and resolving issues. Attendants spend much of the day outdoors and active, and may be asked to perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, and other duties based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be energetic and outgoing, and be able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds if needed.
• Communicate well in written and spoken language, using a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide a cheerful, professional guest experience.
• Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks, special projects, or other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
