About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. The role involves serving as a customer service representative, monitoring parking lots, and issuing citations or warnings to vehicles in violation. The position requires close collaboration with Parking Services staff and University Police Officers.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Dependable
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in customer service
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
• Must have availability based on open shifts
• Verify identity and eligibility to work in the US
• Complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire

Nice To Haves

• Currently or have in the past 12 months been employed with the University of North Dakota, the North Dakota University System or any other North Dakota State agency.

Responsibilities
