About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position open only to UND students. The Parking Enforcement Officer serves as a customer service representative for people needing assistance with directions, monitors parking lots, and issues citations or warnings to vehicles in violation. The officer works closely with Parking Services staff and University Police Officers. The position pays $15.00 per hour, is non-exempt and eligible for overtime, and is scheduled for 6–15 hours per week.

Requirements

• Must be a UND student.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Dependability.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in customer service.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check.
• Availability for one or more of the listed shifts: Monday–Friday, 3:30 a.m.–6 a.m.; Monday–Thursday, 5 p.m.–8 p.m.; Monday–Thursday, 9 p.m.–12 a.m.; Friday, 7 p.m.–10 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 6 p.m.–9 p.m.; or weekdays, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
• Verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
