About The Position
Premium Parking is hiring a part-time Parking Ambassador in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role helps deliver a positive guest experience and keep parking operations running smoothly in a safe, welcoming, and organized environment. Shifts vary, and weekend availability is required. The position pays $16.00 per hour. Parking Ambassadors greet guests, answer questions, guide vehicles, assist with concerns, and support event and high-traffic parking operations. They also conduct facility walkthroughs, help keep the site clean and organized, and follow procedures to promote safety. The position requires standing and/or walking for an entire shift and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to provide friendly, professional guest service.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Ability to stay attentive and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks; training is provided.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
- Weekend availability is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, parking, or hospitality experience.
- Valid driver’s license; may be required based on site.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
- Answer questions about parking rates, payment options, directions, and site information.
- Direct traffic and guide vehicles safely and efficiently into parking areas.
- Assist guests with concerns and help resolve issues professionally.
- Support event parking operations and high-traffic periods.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify safety concerns, maintenance needs, or equipment issues.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting parking facility by removing debris and reporting facility concerns.
- Follow company procedures to promote a safe environment and report hazards or incidents.
