About The Position

As a Parking Ambassador at MGM National Harbor, you will welcome guests and help create a positive first impression by assisting with directions, questions, and transportation needs. You will support the Bell and Valet teams and help guests and employees in parking and curbside areas. The role focuses on providing a safe, organized, and guest-friendly arrival and departure experience while following company and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of prior relevant customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with questions, directions, and transportation needs.
• Open doors and welcome guests into the property with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Support Bell and Valet teams to ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences.
• Assist employees and guests in parking and curbside areas as needed.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
• Learn and follow all company and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and guest-friendly arrival experience.
