About The Position

As a Slot Marketing Representative at MGM National Harbor, assist guests at the Players Club desk or another assigned area with their account needs and enroll new guests in the loyalty program while providing excellent guest service. The role includes helping players with requests, explaining loyalty program features, redeeming points for express comps, evaluating member status, and issuing complimentary amenities according to company guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

• Prior relevant experience in a face-to-face guest service position.

Responsibilities

• Assist players with requests professionally and promptly; answer questions and address problems.
• Explain the loyalty program and redeem guests’ points for express comps.
• Evaluate members’ status and issue complimentary amenities in accordance with established company guidelines.
• Use the Player Tracking System, enter player information into the database, and issue loyalty program cards.
• Protect the confidentiality of company files and documents under immediate control.
• Communicate ideas to upper management to improve productivity.
• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority and refer other matters to management.
• Notify a supervisor of unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
