About The Position

As a Cook at MGM National Harbor, you will use culinary techniques to provide high-quality food to guests and help create an excellent guest experience. You will partner with front-of-house staff to create memorable guest experiences. The role involves preparing menu items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining back-of-house stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation, and following proper food-handling procedures to ensure guest safety.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
