About The Position

Park Team Members are the initial point of contact between guests and Kids Empire. They help ensure guest satisfaction by addressing questions and comments, assisting families throughout the park, and supporting a safe and enjoyable experience. The role includes guest check-in, payment processing, stocking and inventory tasks, monitoring park conditions and rules, cleaning, and helping with family events.

Requirements

Able to work weekends and holidays.
Able to work with children.
Able to operate an iPad.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently.
Able to read and write in English.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly; perform frequent bilateral hand movements; and demonstrate good finger dexterity.
Able to work in noisy environments, including children yelling and music, and tolerate a hectic, busy work environment during scheduled hours.
Comfortable with heights and tight spaces.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests promptly, helping them feel comfortable in the park.
Manage guest check-in, including collecting liability waivers and guest information using an iPad.
Operate the front cash counter, accept cash and card payments, record transactions, provide correct change, and verify billing amounts on the POS.
Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
Monitor snack inventory and communicate with management about replenishment orders from specified vendors.
Walk the park regularly to identify unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow attendance rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures, tables, and chairs.
Assist with and participate in family events, ensuring they operate efficiently.
Perform other assigned duties.
