About The Position
Stan's Donuts and Coffee is hiring a full-time Barista & Donut Pro for its Hyde Park Street location. This onsite team member role involves preparing and serving drinks and donuts, providing upbeat customer service, and helping create a positive experience for customers in a fun, energetic environment. Team members are expected to collaborate with coworkers, follow company standards, and maintain health and safety practices while learning and working across operational areas, including the donut case and barista station. The position pays $16.60 plus tips and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, paid meals, and employee discounts.
Requirements
