About The Position

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing questions or comments from guests while they are at Kids Empire. Team Members perform a variety of tasks with families and peers throughout the park to help ensure guests have an excellent and safe experience. The role includes greeting and assisting guests, operating the check-in and payment processes, maintaining snack and drink inventory, monitoring park safety and attendance rules, cleaning restrooms and park structures, and assisting with family events. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Able to operate an iPad.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently.
Able to read and write in English.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
Able to work in noisy environments created by guests, including children yelling and music.
Able to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
Comfortable with heights and tight spaces.

Responsibilities

Attend to customers promptly, greet them, and help them feel comfortable in the park.
Operate the check-in process, including having guests complete liability waivers and provide guest information using an iPad.
Operate the front cash counter, accept cash and card payments, register daily transaction amounts, and provide exact change for cash payments.
Verify amounts displayed on the POS and process billing transactions accurately.
Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
Check snack inventory and communicate with management to order replenishments from specified vendors.
Walk the floor regularly to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park attendance rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures, including tables, chairs, and playground structures.
Assist with and participate in family events, ensuring events operate efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
