About The Position
Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood is hiring team members for all positions. Team members help create a safe, fun, high-energy experience for guests by supporting park operations, hosting parties and events, serving food and drinks, and assisting wherever needed. The role includes opening, closing, and other duties throughout the day. This is a part-time position with shifts built around employee availability.
Requirements
- Be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
- Have a strong work ethic and work well as part of a team.
- Bring a friendly, high-energy attitude and enjoy working with people, including children and parents.
- Be willing to learn and accept feedback.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and help them with tickets, waivers, and wristbands.
- Monitor courts and attractions to keep play safe and fun.
- Run birthday parties and group events, including games and food service.
- Serve food and drinks in the Krave cafe.
- Keep the park clean, stocked, and operating smoothly.
- Work with court monitors and mascots to maintain an energetic atmosphere.
- Help with opening, closing, and other duties as needed.
