Event Coordinator (Full Time) - Launch Norwood
About The Position
Launch is hiring a full-time Event Coordinator in Norwood to lead birthday parties and group events, a fast-growing part of the business. The role combines event sales, staff training, and hospitality. The coordinator turns inquiries into bookings, promotes packages and add-ons, develops group bookings, coaches party hosts, and welcomes families while planning and running celebrations. The position pays $21–$25 per hour plus commission on event sales, with the opportunity for monthly bonuses. It is scheduled for at least 30 hours per week. Weekends are the busiest days, with flexible weekday scheduling.
Requirements
- Confidence asking for the sale and motivation by goals.
- Ability to coach others and bring out the best in a team.
- Warmth and organization, including the ability to work effectively when it is busy.
- Experience in sales, events, hospitality, or customer service.

Responsibilities
- Turn event inquiries into bookings, upsell packages and add-ons, and build group bookings with schools, teams, and community groups.
- Coach and motivate party hosts to deliver a five-star experience.
