About The Position

Launch Family Entertainment in Norwood is hiring a high-energy Shift Manager to lead a team and provide an enjoyable guest experience. The Shift Manager runs the floor during their shift, coaches and supports team members, assists guests, resolves problems, and helps keep the park safe, clean, and ready for guests. The role also handles scheduling, shift reports, inventory, and communication between the crew and management. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are especially needed. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. The employer is interviewing now and offers quick start dates.

Requirements

• Demonstrated prior experience leading a team in retail, restaurants, entertainment, fitness, or another fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on their feet for a full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• ServSafe certification, or willingness to become certified within 90 days; assistance is provided.
• Follow-through, an upbeat and easygoing manner, a natural ability to train others, a guest-focused approach, and a supportive leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift, from opening the doors to closing the venue.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Assist guests, resolve problems, and help ensure a positive visit.
• Keep the park safe, clean, and ready for guests.
• Handle scheduling, shift reports, and inventory.
• Serve as a communication link between the crew and the management team.
