About The Position

Launch Family Entertainment in Woburn is hiring a part-time Birthday Party Host to lead children’s birthday parties and help guests have a fun, safe, well-organized experience. The role includes welcoming guests, explaining trampoline safety, coordinating party activities, serving food and beverages, keeping events on schedule, and ensuring party areas are set up and reset properly. Hosts also promote add-ons and merchandise, process payments, follow up with the birthday child, and complete opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests and assist them with waivers, wristbands, and footwear.
• Review trampoline safety rules before playtime.
• Coordinate private dodgeball games with court monitors.
• Set up and reset party tables and areas.
• Keep parties on schedule, including food, cake, and games.
• Serve food and beverages and coordinate mascot photos.
• Ensure all details included in each party package are covered.
• Promote party add-ons and merchandise.
• Handle payments accurately.
• Send the birthday child a thank-you note after the party.
• Handle opening and closing duties.
• Report shortages or concerns to management.
