About The Position

Launch Framingham is hiring a Team Member to help create safe, exciting, and memorable experiences for guests. Team Members rotate between roles during their shifts, including hosting birthday parties and group events, monitoring attractions to keep guests safe, welcoming guests at the entrance, and serving food and drinks at Krave Cafe. The role is part-time with flexible scheduling around school, sports, and other commitments. The busiest shifts are after school, in the evenings, on weekends, and on holidays. No experience is needed; paid training is provided. Pay is $15.25–$17.00 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to.

• Able to stay on your feet for a full shift.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food service, retail, childcare, or events is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead birthday parties and group events, helping the guest of honor feel special.
