Guest Experience Team Member - Cedar Park, TX
About The Position
The Guest Experience Team Member serves as the friendly first point of contact for families at a swim school, creating a warm and welcoming environment for young swimmers and their grown-ups. The role guides parents through lesson enrollments, schedules, and registrations; supports swim instructors; and helps children feel excited about each visit. Team members receive paid training and ongoing support while developing customer service, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The work is active and involves being on your feet and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment. Shifts are set and include evenings and weekends, with priority for additional shifts available to team members who are open to cross-training as swim instructors.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them feel welcome.
- Manage student enrollments, process payments, and keep records and work areas organized.
- Answer questions and support parents with lesson schedules and registrations.
- Learn the swim curriculum to guide families through the enrollment process.
- Use creativity and empathy to resolve customer challenges.
- Work a consistent set schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
- Stay active and on your feet during shifts, occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment.
- Support swim instructors and pitch in as needed.
- Optionally cross-train as a swim instructor to be considered for extra shifts.
