Guest Experience Team Member
About The Position
Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member at its Concord, North Carolina location. The role supports Dash In’s convenience retail and food-service operations in a dynamic 24/7 environment, helping provide an elevated guest experience. The position is listed as full-time or part-time, with pay of $12.25–$15.25 per hour and an additional $1 per hour for overnight work. The team member assists guests, processes transactions, replenishes merchandise, maintains store cleanliness, and supports coworkers across cashiering and porter duties. Dash In is part of the Wills Group family and operates more than 50 locations across the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or the ability to complete the company-paid GED program.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- One year of retail customer service experience.
- Active ServSafe certification or a similar qualification.
- Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
- Restock shelves and displays, keeping products organized and accessible.
- Sweep, mop, and clean the store interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
- Support the team where needed, including cashiering and porter services.
- Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
