About The Position

Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member in Midlothian, Virginia. The role supports Dash In’s convenience retail and food-service concept in a dynamic 24/7 environment, helping provide high-quality service and an elevated guest experience. Team members assist guests, handle transactions, replenish and organize merchandise, maintain the cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas, and support coworkers wherever needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or the ability to complete the company-paid GED program.
Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
Authorized to work in the United States.
At least 18 years of age.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

One year of retail customer service experience.
Active ServSafe certification or a similar qualification.
Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and represent Dash In positively.
Restock shelves and displays, keeping products organized and accessible.
Sweep, mop, and clean the store interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
Support the team with tasks such as cashiering and porter services.
Handle cash accurately and follow company policies for cash handling and recording.
