About The Position

Dash In is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Team Member for its Newark, Delaware location. The role supports an elevated guest experience in a dynamic 24/7 convenience retail environment, combining customer service, food preparation, stocking, cleaning, cashiering, and other store support duties. Team members help provide high-quality food, fuel, and retail services while contributing to a positive experience for every guest.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or the ability to complete the company-paid GED program.
• One year of retail customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Food service, line cook, or prep cook experience.
• Active ServSafe certification or a similar qualification.
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards while preparing food.
• Restock shelves and displays and keep products organized and accessible.
• Sweep, mop, and clean the store interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the team as needed, including cashiering and porter services.
• Handle and record cash accurately in accordance with company policies.
