Guest Experience Team Member - Saint Street
About The Position
The Guest Experience Team Member serves as the friendly first point of contact for families visiting the swim school, helping create a warm and welcoming environment for young swimmers and their parents. The role supports families with lesson enrollments, registrations, schedules, and questions, and supports swim instructors as needed. Team members learn the swim curriculum and use customer service, organization, creativity, and empathy to help resolve customer challenges. The position involves a set schedule with evening and weekend shifts and active work on one’s feet, including occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment. Paid training and ongoing support are provided, with opportunities to grow customer service, leadership, and communication skills. Cross-training as a swim instructor may provide priority for extra shifts.

Responsibilities
