About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment and support the student experience. The role involves cleaning and disinfecting studio spaces, keeping supplies and yoga equipment organized, and helping with laundry and waste disposal. SET members are expected to follow the company’s attendance policy and commit to up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. The position provides access to a specially discounted All Access yoga membership, subject to market-specific prices and maximum hours, along with other listed perks. Compensation is $16.90 per hour.

Requirements

• Commit to up to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain clean reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
