About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment for students and the community. The position supports the student experience by cleaning and organizing studio spaces and equipment, restocking supplies, handling waste and laundry, and notifying management about maintenance needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate CorePower’s values of empowering everyone, practicing gratitude, building community, growing forward, and laughing together.

This is a part-time role requiring a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. Members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, with prices and maximum hours varying by market. The membership includes retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on CPY teacher trainings.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month, with the schedule varying based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
