About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene yoga studio environment and support the student experience. The role is part-time, with a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month; schedules vary based on studio needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate CorePower Yoga’s values of Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. The position offers eligibility to purchase an exclusive discounted All Access yoga membership.

The role involves cleaning and disinfecting the studio and its facilities, organizing and cleaning yoga props and equipment, restocking supplies, removing waste, assisting with laundry, and reporting maintenance needs. Members must commit to a schedule and follow the company’s Time and Attendance Policy. The stated compensation is $18.47 per hour.

Requirements

• Commitment to up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedule varying based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other supplies.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
• Demonstrate the company’s core values.
