About The Position

A CorePower Yoga Studio Experience Team (SET) member supports the student experience by maintaining a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment. The position is part-time, with a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month; schedules vary according to studio needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate CorePower’s values of empowering everyone, practicing gratitude, building community, growing forward, and laughing together. Members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, with pricing and maximum hours varying by market.

Requirements

• Commit to up to six hours per month, with a schedule that varies based on studio needs.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Know proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Be able to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
