About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment for students and the studio community. The role contributes to the student experience and reflects the company’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. SET members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, subject to market-specific pricing and maximum hours. The position pays $18.65 per hour.

Requirements

• Commit to up to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio needs.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Know proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Be able to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
