About The Position

Park Team Members are the initial point of contact for guests at Kids Empire. They help ensure guest satisfaction by answering questions and comments, supporting families and coworkers throughout the park, and contributing to a safe and enjoyable guest experience. The role includes guest check-in, cash-counter and payment processing, stocking and inventory communication, monitoring park safety and rules, cleaning, and assisting with family events. The position pays $13 per hour.

Requirements

Able to work weekends and holidays.
Able to work with children.
Able to operate an iPad.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently.
Able to read and write in English.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly; frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity are required.
Able to work in noisy environments, including children yelling and music, and tolerate a hectic, busy work environment during scheduled hours.
Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly, help them feel comfortable, and provide customer assistance.
Operate guest check-in by collecting liability waivers and guest information using an iPad.
Operate the front cash counter, process cash and card payments, provide exact change, record daily transactions, and verify amounts displayed on the POS.
Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream; monitor snack inventory and communicate with management about replenishment orders.
Walk the floor regularly to identify unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park attendance rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures, tables, and chairs.
Assist with and participate in family events, helping ensure they operate efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
