About The Position

Park Team Members are the initial point of contact between guests and Kids Empire. They help ensure guest satisfaction by answering questions and comments, assisting families, and working with peers throughout the park to provide guests with an excellent and safe experience. The role includes welcoming and checking in guests, processing payments, stocking and monitoring snacks, maintaining a safe and clean park, and assisting with family events. The position involves standing, walking, bending, and twisting constantly, frequent bilateral hand movements, and good finger dexterity. Team Members must be able to work in noisy, hectic, and busy environments and be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers promptly, greet them, and help them feel comfortable in the park.
• Manage guest check-in, including having guests sign the liability waiver and enter guest information on an iPad.
• Operate the front cash counter, accept cash and card payments, register daily transactions, provide exact change, and manage cash flow.
• Accurately process billing transactions by verifying the amount displayed on the POS.
• Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
• Check snack inventory and communicate with management to order replenishments from specified vendors.
• Walk the floor regularly to check for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park attendance rules and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures, tables, and chairs.
• Assist with and participate in family events, helping ensure they operate efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
