About The Position

Park Team Members are the initial point of contact between guests and Kids Empire. They help ensure guest satisfaction by answering questions and responding to comments. Team Members work with families and coworkers throughout the park to support a safe, enjoyable guest experience. The role includes welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and liability waivers, processing payments, maintaining snack inventory, monitoring park safety, cleaning restrooms and park structures, and helping with family events. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Able to work weekends and holidays.
Able to work with children.
Able to operate an iPad.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently.
Able to read and write in English.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
Able to work in noisy environments, including children yelling and music.
Able to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
Comfortable with heights and tight spaces.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests promptly, helping them feel comfortable in the park.
Manage guest check-in, including liability waivers and guest information entered on an iPad.
Operate the front cash counter, accept cash and card payments, register daily transactions, provide correct change, and verify POS billing amounts.
Stock the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream; check inventory and communicate replenishment needs to management.
Walk the park regularly to identify hazards and ensure guests follow attendance rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Clean restrooms and sanitize tables, chairs, and playground structures.
Assist with and participate in family events, helping ensure they run efficiently.
Perform other assigned duties.
