Park Lead
About The Position
Urban Air Vancouver is seeking a hard-working, responsible, light-hearted Park Lead with strong customer service skills. The role supports a strong team environment and helps manage park operations. Management team members are trained across the business and receive the tools and knowledge needed to support birthday parties, corporate events, Teen Nights, and other store activities. The Park Lead opens and closes the Park on specified weekdays and weekends, promotes team culture among employees and customers, monitors on-site staff, oversees park and equipment maintenance and inventory, and promotes safety. Candidates should have a high school diploma, prior supervisory experience, conflict-management skills, and clear communication abilities. Some college is preferred, and the role requires availability to work nights and/or weekends.
Requirements
