About The Position
The Park Lead is a site-management role at Urban Air Huntington Beach. The position is suited to hard-working, responsible, light-hearted individuals with strong customer service skills who will embrace and promote a strong team environment. Management Team members are trained to learn the business and receive tools and knowledge to support successful birthday parties, corporate events, Teen Nights, and store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience in a supervisor-level role.
- Proven conflict management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Some college is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
- Promote team culture throughout the Park among employees and customers.
- Monitor on-site staff.
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
- Promote safety for employees and customers.
