Park Lead
About The Position
Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a hard-working, responsible, light-hearted Park Lead with strong customer service skills. The role supports a strong team environment and helps promote that culture among employees and customers. Management Team members are trained in the nuances of the business and provided with tools and knowledge to support store success, including birthday parties, corporate events, and Teen Nights. The position includes opening and closing the Park, monitoring staff, maintaining the Park and its equipment, and promoting safety. The listed duties describe the general nature and level of work and are not an exhaustive list.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience in a supervisor-level role.
- Proven conflict management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
- Promote team culture throughout the Park among employees and customers.
- Monitor on-site staff.
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
- Promote safety for employees and customers.
