About The Position
Urban Air Crystal Run is seeking a hardworking, responsible, light-hearted Park Lead with strong customer service skills. The role supports a strong team environment and involves learning the business so the Park can successfully host birthday parties, corporate events, Teen Nights, and other experiences. The Park Lead helps oversee Park operations, employees, equipment, and safety. The listed responsibilities describe the general nature of the work and are not an exhaustive list of duties or skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience in a supervisor-level role.
- Proven conflict management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Some college is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
- Promote a team culture throughout the Park among employees and customers.
- Monitor on-site staff.
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
- Promote safety for employees and customers.
