Park Lead
About The Position
Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a hard-working, responsible, light-hearted Park Lead with strong customer service skills who will embrace and promote a strong team environment. The Management Team is trained to learn every nuance of the business and receives the tools and knowledge needed to support the success of the store, including birthday parties, corporate events, and Teen Nights. The role involves opening and closing the Park on specified weekdays and weekends, supporting team culture among employees and customers, monitoring on-site staff, overseeing maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment, and promoting safety for employees and customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience in a supervisor-level role.
- Proven conflict management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Nice To Haves
- Some college is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
- Promote team culture throughout the Park among both employees and customers.
- Monitor on-site staff.
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
- Promote safety for employees and customers.
