About The Position
Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a hard-working, responsible, light-hearted Park Lead with strong customer service skills. The role supports a strong team environment and helps manage park operations. Management Team members are trained across the business and provided with tools and knowledge to support experiences such as birthday parties, corporate events, and Teen Nights. The listed responsibilities and qualifications describe the general nature and level of the work and are not exhaustive.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience in a supervisor-level role.
- Proven conflict management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Some college is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
- Promote team culture throughout the Park among employees and customers.
- Monitor on-site staff.
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
- Promote safety for employees and customers.
