About The Position
Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a hard-working, responsible, light-hearted Park Lead with strong customer service skills. The role supports a strong team environment and involves learning the business and helping ensure successful park operations and guest experiences, including birthday parties, corporate events, and Teen Nights. The responsibilities listed describe the general nature of the work and are not exhaustive.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience in a supervisor-level role.
- Proven conflict management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Hard-working, responsible, and light-hearted demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
- Promote team culture throughout the Park among employees and customers.
- Monitor on-site staff.
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
- Promote safety for employees and customers.
