Park Lead
About The Position
Urban Air Crystal Run is seeking a hard-working, responsible, light-hearted Park Lead with strong customer service skills who will promote a strong team environment. The Management Team is trained across the nuances of the business, including creating birthday party experiences, hosting corporate events, and overseeing Teen Nights, and provides tools and knowledge to support store success. The Park Lead opens and closes the Park on specified weekdays and weekends, promotes team culture among employees and customers, monitors on-site staff, oversees Park and equipment maintenance and inventory, and promotes safety. Requirements
- High school diploma
- Prior experience in a supervisor-level role
- Proven conflict management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends
- Promote team culture throughout the Park among employees and customers
- Monitor on-site staff
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment
- Promote safety for employees and customers
