About The Position
Urban Air Fayetteville is seeking a hardworking, responsible, light-hearted Park Lead with strong customer service skills. The role requires promoting a strong team environment and supporting the park’s operations. Management Team members are trained across the business to support experiences and events such as birthday parties, corporate events, and Teen Nights. The role’s general duties and qualifications are not exhaustive.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience in a supervisor-level role.
- Proven conflict management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Some college is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
- Promote team culture throughout the Park among employees and customers.
- Monitor on-site staff.
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
- Promote safety for employees and customers.
