About The Position
The Park Lead is a site-management role for a customer-focused, team-oriented indoor adventure park. The person in this role helps promote a strong team culture among employees and customers and monitors staff, park maintenance, equipment inventory, and safety. The management team is trained across the business and receives tools and knowledge to support experiences and events such as birthday parties, corporate events, and Teen Nights.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience in a supervisor-level role.
- Proven conflict management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Some college is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
- Promote team culture throughout the Park among employees and customers.
- Monitor on-site staff.
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
- Promote safety for employees and customers.
