About The Position

Hudson Automotive Group is seeking a Paid Media Specialist with proven automotive dealership marketing experience to join its marketing team. The role supports multiple accounts and involves developing, managing, reporting on, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. The position is fully remote, but the employee must be located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, or Ohio. The stated salary range is $68,000–$73,000.

Requirements

Tier 1 automotive advertising agency experience.
Active Google Ads Search Certification.
At least 2 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Proficiency in GA4 and digital campaign reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
Ability to independently develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
Experience with Google Analytics, bid management, and ad serving platforms.
Experience preparing marketing and other reports and presenting to dealership management or leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data insights to stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
