About The Position

If so, we want you on our team. Zinda Law Group is looking for a Paid Digital Specialist who's ready to own our paid advertising strategy and help us reach the people who need us most. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly impacts the firm's growth — and you'll have the support, resources, and creative freedom to do it right.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, confident communicator — comfortable presenting to and interacting with executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or legal marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and beyond.
  • Conduct deep keyword research to maximize budget efficiency while hitting traffic, conversion, and ROI/ROAS goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign metrics via Google Analytics to ensure peak performance at all times.
  • Produce clear, actionable weekly performance reports for leadership.
  • Make strategic recommendations on keyword expansion and budget prioritization.
  • Execute and manage paid social media campaigns that drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes to keep our campaigns competitive.
  • Manage individual and team projects with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term brand strategy and positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors while staying current on the latest in paid advertising.
