Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of digital marketing or paid search experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, launch, and ongoing management of paid search campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and assist with campaign structure and targeting.
- Write and test ad copy in collaboration with creative and SEO teams.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support budget pacing and spend tracking.
- Prepare routine performance reports and dashboards.
- Stay current on paid search trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
