We're looking for a hands-on Paid Search Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of Airtable's paid search campaigns. You'll be stepping into an active, high-investment SEM environment and expected to hit the ground running — managing live campaigns, optimizing keyword strategy, evolving our bidding infrastructure, and running experiments to improve ROAS. You will work closely with Airtable's Performance Marketing and Data teams to ensure campaigns are executed with precision and are fully tracked end-to-end. We're looking for someone who knows Google and Microsoft Bing Ads deeply, thinks in systems, and knows what good looks like, while still being flexible, resourceful, and self-driven.
