Paid Search Specialist

Airtable
$60 - $75Remote

About The Position

Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done. We're looking for a hands-on Paid Search Specialist to own the day-to-day execution of Airtable's paid search campaigns. You'll be stepping into an active, high-investment SEM environment and expected to hit the ground running — managing live campaigns, optimizing keyword strategy, evolving our bidding infrastructure, and running experiments to improve ROAS. You will work closely with Airtable's Performance Marketing and Data teams to ensure campaigns are executed with precision and are fully tracked end-to-end. We're looking for someone who knows Google and Microsoft Bing Ads deeply, thinks in systems, and knows what good looks like, while still being flexible, resourceful, and self-driven.

Requirements

  • Deep SEM expertise: You have 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience across Google and Microsoft Bing Ads. You’ve built and managed campaigns in-platform yourself, not just overseen them.
  • Technically fluent: You've worked directly with conversion tracking, value-based bidding, and smart bidding strategies. You know when the data is wrong and how to fix it.
  • PLG/self-serve experience: You have experience in product-led organizations and understand the nuances of optimizing for product sign-up quality, not just volume.
  • Builder and AI-centric mindset: You instinctively reach for AI to move faster and work smarter — whether that's speeding up analysis, drafting ad copy, or surfacing insights. You thrive in ambiguous environments, and are ready to build things that last.
  • Analytical and hypothesis-driven: You're comfortable pulling insights from complex datasets, building a strong point of view, and using tools like Looker to tell a story with the data. You approach experimentation and optimizations with intention and track their impact.
  • Strong communicator: You proactively surface updates, flag issues early, and build strong relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners.
  • Detail-oriented and organized: You can manage multiple campaigns and workstreams without things falling through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Bing Ads, including in-platform management of budgets, bidding, and keyword refinement
  • Lead non-brand category expansion across key use cases (CRM, project management, workflow automation, etc.), from keyword planning to launch to optimization
  • Regularly analyze performance and deliver weekly performance updates and testing briefs, making ongoing recommendations across spend, bidding, keywords, targeting, and landing pages
  • Execute structured experiments, clearly document learnings, and drive continuous improvement in paid search performance

Benefits

  • 6-month contract with potential to extend
  • 30-40 hr / week
  • Remote (United States)
