About The Position

We are looking for a PPC / Paid Search Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms. This role is responsible for managing PPC strategy from keyword research and ad copy creation to bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance analysis. The position also involves launching and optimizing campaign types such as Local Services Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Local Services Ads campaign types.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score, and ad rank mechanics.
  • Proven ability to write effective ad copy and perform A/B testing.
  • Experience using GA4 and connecting analytics with advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts across different industries.
  • Advanced English (C1+)

  • Google Ads certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support and implement paid search strategies aligned with client goals and industry verticals.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing search opportunities.
  • Write ad copy for search and display campaigns that is aligned with brand guidelines and designed to drive clicks and conversions.
  • Build and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms, including Shopping, Local Services, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
  • Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize ROI and meet performance goals.
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to ad copy, keywords, targeting, and bidding.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
  • Stay current on platform updates and best practices across major PPC channels.
