You’re highly detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for digital marketing and a curiosity for emerging trends across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You enjoy working cross-functionally and are eager to contribute to full-funnel strategies—supporting everything from audience targeting and creative briefing to performance analysis and reporting. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing paid social campaigns to life, partnering closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution, continuous optimization, and alignment with broader marketing goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing (in-house or agency)
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (experience with MMM or incrementality tools is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in fashion, retail, luxury, or e-commerce is preferred
  • Experience with MMM or incrementality tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns, ensuring programs are running efficiently and effectively across platforms.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Support campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and pacing to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform as expected.
  • Partner with internal teams (Creative, Integrated Marketing, CRM, Analytics) to align on campaign objectives, messaging, and asset needs.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of creative assets, including assisting with briefing, tracking, and ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pull insights from reporting to identify optimization opportunities and inform future strategies.
  • Support audience targeting strategies, including leveraging first-party data and collaborating with CRM and analytics partners.
  • Assist in the development of test-and-learn initiatives across creative, audience, and platform capabilities.
  • Maintain strong communication with external agency partners to support execution, reporting, and ongoing campaign improvements.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, digital trends, and emerging opportunities within the paid social landscape.
