You will also be joining one of Canada's fastest-growing start-ups! The Digital Marketing Specialist is a hands-on performance driver focused on making campaigns work better, not just running them. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the details of execution, monitoring performance daily, moving quickly, and making real-time optimizations across paid media and email to scale Creator campaigns and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, takes initiative, and is constantly looking for ways to refine and elevate how work gets done. As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you’ll sit within our Digital team and work closely with our Digital Ads Manager to execute, manage, and improve paid campaigns, while also contributing to and strengthening our email program. You’ll play an active role in campaign planning, contribute ideas, and be responsible for turning strategy into execution, then improving it through data. This role is designed for someone who wants to build depth across channels and play a meaningful role in improving how we drive digital performance.
