It’s ideal for someone who wants exposure to both creative and strategic marketing work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a PAID Internship that will last 3 - 6 months.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1+ year of relevant experience or equivalent coursework/internship experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Portfolio required upon request (writing and/or design samples)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing initiatives across the team
• Assist with social media management, including content planning, scheduling, and caption writing
• Provide support for developing RFPs/ business proposals
• Create and update digital content using interactive design platforms (including Ceros, a tool you’ll be trained on) to build engaging, web-based marketing experiences
• Assist with PowerPoint presentation development for internal and client-facing materials
• Help develop and update case studies
• Perform routine website updates using WordPress
• Assist with internal communications for company meetings and team events
• Provide studio support and concierge backup as needed
