About The Position

Symbiotic Services is recruiting a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Pack and Ship Associate for a confidential client in the apparel industry. The role is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders, preparing products for shipment, inspecting packaging materials, and packing orders securely and efficiently in a warehouse or fulfillment environment. The position reports directly to the Pack and Ship Manager.

The associate reviews orders and shipping documentation; assembles, packs, seals, labels, and prepares merchandise for distribution; maintains accurate shipping records; and checks packages, merchandise, and containers for damage, accuracy, and compliance with shipping requirements. The role also includes keeping the workstation and supplies organized, supporting daily shipping operations, following workplace procedures, and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of pick-and-pack, order fulfillment, shipping, or related warehouse experience.
• Previous experience in an apparel distribution or shipping environment.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders, invoices, and shipping documentation to identify items for shipment.
• Assemble and prepare daily orders according to shipping destinations and order categories.
• Pack merchandise securely in appropriate containers to prevent damage during transportation.
• Inspect merchandise, packages, and shipping containers for visible damage and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Seal, label, and prepare shipping containers for distribution.
• Ensure orders are accurately packed and ready for shipment.
• Maintain shipping records, including invoices, delivery notes, and package documentation.
• Complete packing slips, order forms, and shipping labels with required information.
• Verify shipping details and conduct quality checks on packaging materials and completed orders.
• Organize packages and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation; clean and organize containers, packing materials, and related supplies.
• Support daily packing and shipping operations and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Follow established packing, shipping, and workplace procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
